 The 'ORA-20000: 260200-The requested action cannot be completed due to missing/invalid data' appears in the TMS High-level Reclassification screen when trying to query records for a newly created virtual dictionary which has been added to a new domain ie

Changes

 A virtual dictionary has been created and assigned to a new domain. The error appears in the High-level Reclassification screen when using the newly created virtual dictionary/domain combination.
