Synching customer in redo mode did not Execute Automatically in oms.automation (Doc ID 1904510.1)

Symptoms

The revision order was accepted by OSM and a compensation plan was created and sync of the customer was executed in redo mode, the issue occurred in syncing customer flow and was stopped at SyncCustomerSIEntryPoint, the task was not assigned to osm-automation and we can see the following error in the OSM  log:
