Symptoms

License status changes on the Volume Management tab do not trigger all the validations included on license identity status changes.

To expedite a fix for b16.7, Oracle to investigate locking down the license status in the Volume Management tab until this issue is resolved. Alternative that does not require an application change is to lock down the Volume Management tab for update
