Symptoms

A custom Network Charging and Control (NCC) service loader library for Charging Control Service (CCS) is not sending Furnish Charging Information(FCI) before a releaseCall message even if custom acsChassisPrePOR is called successfully.

The service loader is coded to send a Furnish Charging Information (FCI) message using the con_setFCI() and con_setDoWeFCI() functions of the acsChassisPrePOR functionality, which are provided by the NCC Software Development Kit (SDK).
