Worksheet Notes Not Seen From Aggregate Hierarchy

on 12.2.1 Demantra Worksheet - Notes
-- when users put notes on worksheet at a certain level of aggregation, the notes are saved and viewed correctly.

-- When the user is at a more aggregate level, he should be able to see all the notes defined under the combination selected, but no note is shown,

The issue happens for the user: Analyst1

some present in collaborator.log and user java plug in console.

1. --building a base worksheet definition with note creation,
Series: History, Cumulated to date,
Filtered - Baby dry - Segmento: Gruppo Regionale, ND Acraf SPA
BD Midi CP - Jan -3, Feb - 3 / Setting notes:For “DB Midi CP”

2. -- the worksheet at aggregate level with no notes shown, Same worksheet, but without level “Referenza Description”
  --when the same user selects the cell where there should be 2 notes present, there is the Indicator on History but the Note panel does not show any note,

Business Need / Expectation / Impact:
Users should be able to see all notes he defined, especially because data is not often collected completely, so notes help user to keep track of the exceptions.
