On : 9.0 SP2 version, Add-On Modules

When attempting to install the OMB Export Utility.,
the following error occurs.

Primavera Portfolio Management is not installed

System logs
A process serving application pool 'OMBExportUtilityAppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '7352'. The process exit code was '0xfffffffe'.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the OMB utility
