SIM Consumes a Large Amount of Memory to Process a UDA Description Via UDAHdrMod Message

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.x, we find that when a User Defined Attribute (UDA) that has been assigned to a large number of items is updated in Retail Merchandising System (RMS), the UDAHdrMod message is published to SIM.  When the message is consumed, the following error occurs:
