Error 11778 "Please Contact Your System Administrator" When Integrating OFSAAI with MSAD LDAP (Doc ID 1905357.1)

Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 7.3.3, after configuring OFSAA to use LDAP with Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD), you get the following error when logging in:

[11778] Please Contact Your System Administrator.

or

[13201] Could not connect to LDAP server with the given details.  Please provide valid LDAP URL and password.

You updated the Configuration screen with the required LDAP settings and updated the LDAPProperties.properties file in $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/conf as described in the 7.3.3 document OFSAAI_LDAP_Integration.pdf.  However, the LDAP login still fails.
