Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.0.3, a single dynamic driver allocation on Ledger Stat is taking more than five hrs to execute in Exadata database. When the allocation is executed on another instance with the same dataset, it takes ~50 minutes to execute. The same is true when the merge statement is run directly from SQL*Plus.  Other allocations do not have the same issue.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Long running single dynamic driver allocation. Run time is 5 hours.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the allocation to finish in ~ 1 hour.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue is only reproducible on one instance.

1. Run the allocation via PFT.

OR

2. Manually create the global temporary table (GTT) via SQL*Plus and run the merge statement via SQL*Plus.
