In Single Level Audit, HQ Employee Cannot Manually Close Store When There Are Store Errors Pending (Doc ID 1906416.1)

Symptoms

In an Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) 13.2.4 single level audit, HQ employees cannot manually close a store if there are pending store errors.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new store/day for a store in ReSA - choose a store with no Multi Level Audit (MLA) activated.
  2. Upload a RTLOG with errors.
  3. As an HQ employee, go to Store Close/Audit screen and select that day for edit.
  4. Select Options -> Store Day Summary -> Click on Total/Audit.
  5. Verify that:
    Store Status - Worksheet
    Data Status - Partially Loaded
    Audit Status - Store Errors Pending
  6. Select Options -> Manually Update Data Status -> Set Fully Loaded.
  7. Verify that:
    Store Status - Worksheet
    Data Status - Fully Loaded
    Audit Status - Store Errors Pending
