"Unexpected Exception" in Back Office When User Clicks Employee Time Reports

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) 13.4, when the user chooses Employee Time Reports, he/she is logged out and the application displays an "Unexpected Exception Occurred" error. From the log file:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Ensure that PA_EM table contains around 3500 records.
- Log in to ORBO.
- Click on Employee tab.
- Select Time Maintenance.
- Click on Employee Time Reports and note the error.
