"Unexpected Exception" in Back Office When User Clicks Employee Time Reports

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) 13.4, when the user chooses Employee Time Reports, he/she is logged out and the application displays an "Unexpected Exception Occurred" error.   From the log file:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Ensure that PA_EM table contains around 3500 records.
  2. Log in to ORBO.
  3. Click on Employee tab.
  4. Select Time Maintenance.
  5. Click on Employee Time Reports and note the error.
