Information in this document applies to any platform.
After selecting an Inform trial in the CIS CentralAdmin "Create Sync Connection" wizard, the message "No Mappings found. If you expected mappings, please check your Inform adapter documentation for reasons why mappings were not retrieved" (in red) appears and the Mappings list box stays empty.
- Nothing pertaining to CIS CentralAdmin appears in the CIS or Inform Adapter event logs.
- The count of the PFEX_TRANSACTIONXML table in the Inform application server is 0.
- The Inform app server event log shows an InformServerAdapterService (ISA) error similar to the following every 5 minutes:
