Open Order Report Does Not Show Actual Data for Supplier/Order Records, Although Data Exists in Database

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, the open order report does not show actual data for supplier/order records, although there is data present in the back-end.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to action, then view reports.
- Select module as Order, and report as Open PO Report (OPO).
- Select supplier from the drop down and click on view.
- Note that the report fetches zero results, although this supplier's orders are actually found in the database.
