Symptoms
When Customer Center gets launched from Web Page, it is first looking for Java 1.5 in the JNLP. According to the documentation, Customer Center needs to run with Java 1.7. the user changed the JNLP to use version 1.7, but it gives warning messages when it starts.
In order to be compatible with future versions of Java 1.7, this needs to be fixed. These warnings will eventually turn into the application not running.
