Symptoms
On : BRM 7.5.0.6.0 version, Customer Center Web Start
The default CustomerCenter_en.jnlp missed some libraries that were in lib directory:
<jar href="lib/ctrl.jar"/>
<jar href="lib/customizer.jar"/>
<jar href="lib/oraclepki.jar"/>
<jar href="lib/osdt_cert.jar"/>
<jar href="lib/osdt_core.jar"/>
<jar href="lib/pfc_en.jar"/>
As a result, Customer Center launched with a message that it is missing classes.
After adding them all in the CustomerCenter_en.jnlp, the application ran correctly.
