Information in this document applies to any platform.
MetaSolv Solution supports the transfer of service items from one Customer Account to another at the product level only. It does NOT support the transfer of service items at the item level. Attempting to transfer a service item at the item level displays the error documented below. Due to this limitation, the desired circuit must be disconnected at the item level from its current Customer Account then a new circuit added to the desired Customer Account where the previously disconnected circuit's ECCKT can then be reused.
