7.0.3.1 - AGProc.exe Keeps Hanging On AG Service Bulk Report Print Post Upgrade from 5.1.3.4 (Doc ID 1907702.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Argus Safety 7.0.3.1 - AGProc.exe is currently hanging on AG Service Bulk Report Print

AGProc.exe does not seem to get closed hence stops the entire Bulk Report Print service.

We can see in the task manager that AGProc.exe stays on the list with a useage of 69 mb.


Navigation / Replication Path:

1. Setup Bulk Report Print Ag service
2. Schedule a CIOMS report for print
3. Check Bulk Print (shows pending)

 Recent upgrade from 5.1.3.4 to 7.0.3.1
