Application Error When Accessing to Product Report Such as BOM Explosion Report and java.lang.RuntimeException: User Account for IFS Server Not Setup Correctly Error in Application Server Log

When attempting to access to product report such as BOM Explosion Report,
the following error occurs in Web Client window.

Application Error
This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator

- No error in File Manager log
- In the Application Server log, can see below error:
<2014-07-11 05:11:36,339> <ActionServlet:ERROR> source exception
java.lang.RuntimeException: User account for IFS Server not setup correctly

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Goto Reports > Standard Reports > Product Reports > BOM Explosion Report
3. Click on Product report.
