Cannot Open Attached PDF Document - Network error (Doc ID 1907996.1)

Goal

 

Cannot open attached PDF document

Multiple users have reported that often they are not able to open attached PDF document in Argus case form ("Additional Information") tab.

The message is as below (network error).

"A network error occurred while accessing this document on the internet. Would you like to close the document or reload it.?"
