Weblogic Adminserver Unaccessible (Doc ID 1908094.1)

Unable to access admin server by the Weblogic Console GUI, after entering the user and password in login page, the web page didn't respond and just stayed in login page although no load tests were performed.

Restarted admin server this problem still persists. After stopped all nodeManagers then start the AdminServer, and start all the nodeManagers, the admin server recovered and can be accessed by Console GUI.
