Applies to:

Oracle Retail Fiscal Management - Version 13.2.5 to 13.2.8 [Release 13.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.

In Oracle Retail Fiscal Management, when a location has more than one CNAE (Clasificación Nacional de Actividades Económicas) code, RFM sends multiple codes to the Tax Component rather than selecting a primary one.  As a result, the tax component is returning incorrect tax values.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a Nota Fiscal (NF) for which the supplier has multiple CNAE codes.  Validate it.
  2. Capture the RTIL log for the above NF and notice the xml tags '<ns2:EcoClassCd>' have multiple CNAE codes.  There is no way to distinguish the primary one.
