Cannot Open Active CRF (Doc ID 1908242.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

Users are not able to open any CRF. The application fails with the error:

Errorinternal error [Log Code: 8680227313]
Null value is passed for the parameter : fileTimestamp

 

In log.xml following errors are reported:

...

oracle.pharma.rdc.de.exception.FailedOperationException: No row exists in the database.
    at oracle.pharma.rdc.de.service.cps.ContentProviderService.writeBlobToStream(ContentProviderService.java:328)
    at oracle.pharma.rdc.de.service.cps.ContentProviderService.getCrf(ContentProviderService.java:195)

....

 

and

 

...

oracle.pharma.rdc.de.exception.NullParameterException: Null value is passed for the parameter : fileTimestamp
    at oracle.pharma.rdc.de.util.DEUtil.assertNotNullOrEmptyParam(DEUtil.java:76)
    at oracle.pharma.rdc.de.util.DataEntryParameterValidator.readCRFParameters(DataEntryParameterValidator.java:282)
    at oracle.pharma.rdc.de.servlet.InitController.doPost(InitController.java:577)
....

 

In DcapiHtml_user-name_date-time.dbg, following errors are reported:


*)  There is no active form version for this CRF.  Please contact your help desk..
*) In handle_pdf_dcapi_status combinedresponsestring is 4 CheckSequence - 285000:Function called out of sequence..
