Unable To Create Purchase Requisitions or Work Orders from Planner Workbench (Doc ID 1908442.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Data Collections

When attempting to release a planned order for a buy item, the requisition import fails to create the requisition.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Destination organization is invalid or Receiving Parameters are missing
Cause: You entered an invalid destination organization.
Action: Enter a valid destination organization.

Preparer is not an active worker
Cause: You entered an inactive worker as the preparer.
Action: Enter an active worker as the preparer.
Action: Make the preparer an active worker.

The suggested buyer is not a valid buyer or worker
Cause: You entered an invalid buyer.
Action: Enter a valid buyer.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application.
2. Navigate to the planner workbench.
  NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Supply Chain Plan -> Workbench
3. Select a record for release.
4. Save the record.
5. Release the record.
6. See the above errors in PWB.
