After successfully installing Single Sign-On (SSO) and successfully signing on via Oracle Access Manager (OAM), why does Retail Price Management (RPM) show the following error in the log and force the user to log in again via the Retail Price Management (RPM) application login window?
This message seems to indicate that OAM is unable to create a token.
