When the customer has orders associated in Service Request Hierarchy, we can run into some major issues in Task Maintenance. They receive popups on the task needing date change/dependency issues/etc. The problem they run into is that the popup does not reflect what order the given task are on. Currently they can spend hours in Task Maintenance attempting to figure out the issue. Any given hierarchy can have 100s of orders associated and when that is the case they could have the same task listed on a lot of different orders. The Pert Chart on these associated orders is so large, it is virtually impossible to scroll through them.
