Failure To Create Data Areas in Web Service Adapter (Doc ID 1909886.1)

When attempting to create Data Areas on the Web Service Adapter, nothing happens and the following errors are raised in the logs. (Different error appears depending on the wsdl in use)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Web Service Adapter page, the WSDL used is:
for ERROR 1:
http://wsf.cdyne.com/WeatherWS/Weather.asmx?WSDL

for ERROR 2:
Web Service WSDL URL from the Base XAI Inbound Service F1-EmailService WSDL URL
 
2. On the Active Operations section, press Generate for one of the operations.
3. Define the data area names on the popup and press ok.
4. Nothing happens. Data areas are not created. The error is raised in the logs.
