1. Loader worker is failing with
value used for ROWS parameter changed from 1000 to 31
Record 4801: Rejected - Error on table "MSC"."MSC_SUPPLIES#".
ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_SUPPLIES_U1) violated

2. The BAD file shows line with TRANSACTION_ID = 18 / order_type = 11
-- all other transaction_id are above 370,000,000

3. We queried using
select * from msc_Supplies where TRANSACTION_ID = 18;
- this transaction_id does NOT EXIST in the collected data.
- this returned 1 row only for plan_id >0 - our failed plan.

4. We purged the plan having this data.

5. We created new plan - Ran plan and it failed in MBP - - l1019616.req in

Then setup profiles to get complete DAT files
6. Ran plan once more and again it failed again in loader worker with TRANSACTION_ID = 18;
-- again, this does not exist on collected data.
-- see DAT files and requests - l1019646.req and l1019650.req in

Run plan and see failure for this one org / item

plan would not fail.

cannot run plan for this division of our company.
