Symptoms

On : EBS - Production Scheduling (PS) 12.1.3.9.1 version, Data Collections from EBS products (717, 590 and 951) to Planning Data Store

When attempting to publish the PS plan to EBS,
the following error occurs.

PL/SQL: ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
