pin_mta_get_int_from_pinconf Does Not Set Value in Application Flist If Pin.conf Value Set 0 (Doc ID 1910637.1)

On : BRM version, MTA

pin_mta_get_int_from_pinconf is not setting the value to application flist if the value is 0 in pin.conf. while it does when it is 1.

The value should be present in the application flist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add one dummy pin.conf parameter whose value should be 0
2. In the MTA code use pin_mta_get_int_from_pinconf function to get the dummy pin.conf parameter in the application flist.
3. Result shown that application flist does not has dummy parameter.
