Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 188.8.131.52, when running an allocation either on a transaction table or instrument table and posting back to the same table, the rule does not aggregate to ledger_stat even if this is selected. It will update the appropriate amount of records to the instrument / transaction table but will post zero records to Ledger_Stat.
When running a lookup table allocation either on a transaction table or instrument table and posting back to the same table, the rule does not aggregate to ledger as well. It will update the correct amount of records to the same table but will update / insert zero records to Ledger Stat.
Expect the appropriate records to be written to ledger stat.
The issue can be reproduced at will with a single allocation using the following steps:
1. Log into OFSAA PFT
2. Create Lookup Table allocation
3. Have allocation sourcing on instrument table and outputting to same instrument table
4. Click "yes" aggregate to ledger
5. Run rule, correct number of records updated on instrument table, 0 records updated on ledger_stat
