Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.4, the RETURNNOTAFTERDATEALERT job aborts when the number of pending return requests exceeds 1000.  The following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have more than 1000 pending return requests in SI.
  2. Run the RETURNNOTAFTERDATEALERT.sh batch.
  3. The job is not able to handle more than 1000 return requests. It aborts with the above mentioned error message shown in the logs.
