Symptoms
In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.4, the RETURNNOTAFTERDATEALERT job aborts when the number of pending return requests exceeds 1000. The following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Have more than 1000 pending return requests in SI.
- Run the RETURNNOTAFTERDATEALERT.sh batch.
- The job is not able to handle more than 1000 return requests. It aborts with the above mentioned error message shown in the logs.
