The Deal POID in the Purchased Discount Object is Populated with "0" Instead of the POID by CMT (Doc ID 1910979.1)

Symptoms

The problem happens with the Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application version 7.5 PS6.

When Conversion Manager (CMT) is used to migrate an account Account Data with purchased discount into the BRM database, the Deal POID is recorded as "0" into the database, instead of the actual deal Portal ID (POID) provided with the xml file holding the data to be migrated.

It is expected that the deal POID provided in the xml file holding the data to be migrated is recorded as the deal POID into the BRM database.
