Symptoms

Export The Results Of Advanced Search Items | Parts | Where Used One Level All Released Revisions To XLS or CSV file Contains No Data Just Header Row

or

Export The Results Of Advanced Search Items | Parts | Where-Used One Level Latest Released Revision Only To XLS or CSV file Contains No Data Just Header Row


Expect the CSV file to contain search results data.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Agile Java Client

   Admin tab
   Server Settings
   Preferences
   Maximum Database Records to Process for Searches  Value = 0

2. Log into Agile Web Client:
   Run advanced search
   Items | Parts | Where Used One Level All Released Revisions
   Attribute: Number
   Operator: Is Not Null
   Search

3. Export the results to XLS or CSV

4. Open the XLS or CSV and notice how there are no results

Or

1. Log into Agile Java Client
   Admin tab
   Server Settings
   Preferences
   Maximum Database Records to Process for Searches  Value = 0

2. Run advanced search
   Items | Parts | Where-Used One Level Latest Released Revision Only
   Attribute: Number
   Operator: Is Not Null
   Search

3. Export the results to XLS or CSV

4. Open the XLS or CSV and notice how there are no results

 

Note: The above is just an example the search criteria of Attribute and Operator can be different.
