IMAP Search On MODSEQ Is Not Working - Seeing "BAD Invalid Search criteria" Error (Doc ID 1911305.1)

Symptoms

When running the following imap command in telnet connection to port 143,  "search return (min max) MODSEQ 1"  it is returning with error: "BAD Invalid Search criteria"

Changes

 Installed latest provided hotfix for <bug 19205679> - imapd crash in finish_return_message.
