MetaSolv Solution dual/multiple monitor configuration problem - Missing various right-click pop-up menu items (Doc ID 1911313.1)

Symptoms

When running MetaSolv Solution in a dual/multiple monitor configuration, various right-click pop-up menu items are missing.  The behavior occurs when the primary monitory is configured to the top or right side and the application running/displayed on the secondary monitor.  Comparison application image examples of missing right-click pop-up menu items are provided below.

NOTE: The behavior does NOT occur when the primary monitor is configured to the bottom or left side regardless if the application is running/displayed on the primary or secondary monitor.
