Apptrack License Error While Starting CCB Application Server (Doc ID 1911387.1)

Goal

After a OS patching activity when we are starting our CCB Apps server we are getting below error while trying to set CCB environment using splenviron.sh command:

$ CCB
Creating aliases

or deleted, and your system will need to be rebooted before this
