Symptoms
For Ported In subscriber (MDN not equal to IMSI) the PIN_FLD_MSID is not created properly.
The IMOCF setting Subscription-Id from calling party number doesn’t work if info exists in SAL From header
As result the IMOCF creates CCR without Subscription-ID E.164 (only Subscription-ID IMSI created) and RoPCP Mediator builds PCP Request PIN_FLD_MSID with MIN instead MDN.
