When Updating an Approved Transfer, RMS and RWMS Do Not Synchronize (Doc ID 1911622.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), when creating a transfer with 'Approved' status and changing some information about the transfer (e.g., its quantity number) via interface, those changes are not published to RWMS.


Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a transfer in RMS and set its status to 'A'pproved.
  2. Via interface, try to change some information about this transfer (e.g., its quantity).
  3. Check the information changed in RMS and RWMS; see that the information is updated in RMS, but is not in synch with RWMS.
