"Error 503--Service Unavailable" Error While Accessing RIB Administration GUI Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The following error is thrown while accessing the Retail Integration Bus (RIB) Administration GUI page.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Install RIB successfully as per the Installation Guide.
2. Try to invoke the RIB Administration GUI page using URL : http://<server>:<http-port>/rib-<app>-admin-gui/
3. The above error is thrown and RIB adapters cannot be accessed.
