Questions Regarding the Bandwidth Circuit Identification and the Circuit Identification List (Doc ID 1912211.1)

Goal

On the Physical only order, the Bandwidth Circuit Identification window was available and we were able to use it to complete the design work. We were unable to complete testing on the Physical and Virtual orders because no Bandwidth Circuit Identification option appeared on the orders.
 
Questions:

1.) Should the Bandwidth Circuit Identification option appear in addition to the Circuit Identification option (The ASR REQTYP is SD)?

2.) On a single order for a Physical Circuit AND an Ethernet Virtual Circuit (where the EVCI has a value of B), we expected that the Bandwidth Circuit Identification option would appear, but it does not (ASR REQTYP is SD).  Is this functioning as designed?
