PREPOST batch is Aborting with Invalid ROW_ID Error while Executing RPLBLD POST Batch (Doc ID 1913049.1)

Symptoms

PREPOST batch is aborting with invalid ROW_ID error while executing for RPLBLD post function.

Error:

prepost~20140602085817~process_xdock_po~alloc_detail~-1410~ORA-01410: invalid ROWID~ARRAY UPDATE: Rounded allocated quantity= 80.000000


Steps To Recreate:

1.Not reproducible directly by running the batch.
2.Identify the VDATE having more records to process using the driving cursor c_get_xdock_orders, and the number of records should be more than the value of PI_COMMIT_MAX_CTR.
3.Run the PREPOST for RPLBLD_POST. The program is aborted while updating the ALLOC_DETAIL table with the invalid rowid.
