Column 'KeyID' not found in the column name map When Starting a Trial (Doc ID 1913143.1)

Symptoms

 Inform trial fails to start and following messages are seen in the application server event logs:

- uda[error] 16389 Action: Executing SQL statement DSN: <TRIALNAME> Error: SQL Statement Error #1 State: S1000 Message: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-03135: connection lost contact CODE: -1 SQL: SELECT - * FROM DCV_ClinicalData WHERE (KeyType = 5202 AND KeyID = 132931 AND (AuditOrder = (SELECT MAX(AuditOrder) FROM PF_ItemData A WHERE A.ContextID = DCV_ClinicalData.ContextID)) AND (KeyID IN (SELECT ThingID FROM DCV_Thing WHERE Terminated IS NULL))) ORDER BY EnteredDate DESC, KeyID, FormsetID, FormID, SectionID, ItemID, ControlValueID, ValueOrder

- uda[error] 0 err: Column 'KeyID' not found in the column name map.

- pferror[error] 7175 Unable to Set Data Value. Header=Unloged exception HRESULT=0x80041c07 Details=err: Column 'KeyID' not found in the column name map.
