On Agile e6.1.1 HF84 - EIP221 HF67 and HF86

Find EIP file checkout gets stuck after transferring one package of 10400 bytes

Error occurs only when checking out files from EIFF vaults (does not occur for FMS or PUBLIC vaults)

Related File Server "fms.log" showing error

Error in [Socket IO]: Can't receive control bytes (An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.) (x:\area/01\2D0d3a5.00e)

file is checked out partly - showing a 10400 KB file


1. Prepare the EIP to use file-in and plm connector

2. File in connector is reading prepared file xml file like e.g like ..\conf\bo_cko_test.xml
