Goal

Looking for a way to execute the Data Quality (DQ) Rules directly from command line without having to configure a batch or multiple batches, or multiple groups for the case of DQ Rules. In the DQ Groups user interface, there is a button to Run the Group Rule from there. Is there a way to execute this from command line?  Business need:Automate execution of 500 existing, already configured DQ Rules one by one, to check if the result is as expected.

1. Can other Rules of the Rules Framework be executed from command line?
2. What about DQ Groups of Rules, do these have command line execution?
3. Is it possible to configure a DQ Groups of Rules without using the UI but populating one or more database tables instead?
4. Is it possible to configure a batch without using the UI but populating one or more database tables instead?
