E2B Viewer Missing View Format Selection (Doc ID 1913593.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on draft e2b at the top of the case form (or) when clicking on draft or final from within the regulatory reports tab the e2b viewer pops up in a separate window but only shows the xml file in sgml format.

The table at the top that used to display (showing report type, report identification number, dtd version , view format) is not displayed.
