Goal

Argus Safety J print Dosage Regimen in Expedited Report (PMDA Paper form).
Dose information is sorted by Start Date and End Date.
If the Start Date is blank, the dose information will be printed following the dose with Start Date.

Ex.
           Start Date    End Date
Dose 1 10Jun 2014
Dose 2 01Apr2014  15Jun 2014
Dose 3 01Mar2014  10Jun 2014

The print result is below.

Dose 3
Does 2
Dose 1

Is it possible to change sort order or print dose information with entry order (Case form tab order)?
