Purpose
This article describes how to show the status reason for on the MDT using postponed assignment as an example.
Scope
Prerequisites to work with this MCP functionality include knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) application, the basics of Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) or Oracle Real-Time Scheduler (ORS) application, and concepts related to Mobile Device Terminal (MDT) devices and deployment.
