Goal
The write-off failed when /event/session type usage was written off for the account.
How to resolve these errors given below?
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Add usage to an account using PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE where tax balance impacts are added in fm_rate_pol_post_rating.c and split out into separate items from the charge balance impact.
2. Move time forward
3. Inactivate the account
4. Execute “bill now” or move time forward to the BDOM and run billing to remove any pending items
5. Write the account off
