Receiving Transfer Fails with an Error ‘CARTON HAS RECONCILED ITEMS' (Doc ID 1914144.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to receive a transfer fails with the following error occurs.

Pre-Requisites:

SYSTEM_OPTIONS should be set as below:

TSF_AUTO_CLOSE_STORE - Y ,TSF_AUTO_CLOSE_WH - Y ,TSF_FORCE_CLOSE_IND - RL ,TSF_OVER_RECEIPT_IND - RL, SIM_FORCE_CLOSE_IND - Null


Steps To Recreate:
1. Create transfer TI with item I1 and I2 and transfer T2 with item I1.
2. Ship the transfer T1 with the Item I1 and carton C1 with quantity 300 and transfer T2 with item I1 at 100 quantity using the same carton C1.
3. Receive transfer T1 with 0 quantity at the item level.
4. While receiving transfer T2 with carton receiving , an error is displayed 'Carton has reconciled items'.
