Goal

Some customers have programs that interface between NMS and other systems. This documents explains how to modify the programs to use the same debug logging functions as the NMS services to have command-line parameters such as -debug added to the system.dat parameter list.

Also, this same coding should allow high-level messages to be sent to enable debugging via the Action command as Action any.<application> debug.
